General Secretariat
The General Secretary is a Senior Authority and the Attesting Minister who keeps all the records and files that contain the institutional life of the University. Also, the General Secretary presides the Council of Honors and is the Secretary of the Academic Council and the Quality Council. To achieve its goals, the General Secretariat counts on the following dependent units: Law Assistance Directorate, Receipt, Registration and Distribution of Official Documents, Central Archive Office and Information Office.
